iTCMedu.Com is sponsored by the 21st Century TCM Education Center Online (abbr. Center). Authorized by State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and under the leadership of the Science and Technology Education Bureau of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Center is responsible for the design and making of courseware and operation of National TCM continuing education online (including in the way of apprenticeship), as well as provides TCM continuing education online for both domestic and foreign students and international exchange of TCM.
　　The Center was founded on Dec. 19, 1999. Li Zhenji, vice general director of the State Administration of TCM takes honorary director, and Sun Guangrong, general president of IIN Medical Network Science and Technology Development (Group) Co., Ltd., and vice president of Net-Education college of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, takes director.
　　The Center sets the "Working Instruction Committee", in which Liu Zheji, takes director, Prof. He Xingdong, director of Science and Technology Education Bureau of State Administration of TCM, Prof. Wang Yongyan, academician of Engineering Institution, Doc. Xie Zhiwei, Chairmen of Hongkong TCM Administration Committee, Prof. Zheng Shouceng, president of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and Zhurong, Chairman of IIN Medical Network Technology Development (Group) Co., Ltd. take vice director.
　　The Center also invites 6 academic consultants, 34 doctor tutors, 23 master tutors, and 2 special tutors in China.
